How long does the bike conversion take?
A standard 70cc or 125cc conversion takes 2 to 3 working days at our workshop. The battery pack is assembled and bench-tested in parallel with motor installation. For custom builds with dual-motor or sport-bike frames, allow 4 to 5 working days.
Is the converted bike legal in Pakistan?
Pakistan is actively rolling out an EV policy, and converted bikes generally fall under low-power EV rules. Top speed is configured to keep the bike within road-legal limits. We recommend riders check current local registration guidelines, and we can guide you through the process for your city.
How long does the battery take to charge?
A standard 48V 30Ah pack charges fully in 4 to 6 hours from a normal home outlet. Larger 72V 50Ah packs take 6 to 8 hours. Smart chargers automatically stop at full charge to protect cell life. Most riders charge overnight and leave home with a full pack each morning.
Will the battery survive Pakistani weather?
Yes. Our LiFePO4 packs are built with weather-resistant casing rated for monsoon rain and summer heat. The JK BMS protects against over-temperature, over-charge, and over-discharge. We also rigorously bench-test every pack in-house before installation.
What does the Bluetooth BMS actually do?
The BMS with Bluetooth connects to your phone via a free app. You see live cell voltages, pack temperature, state of charge, and total cycles. If a cell drifts out of balance or overheats, the BMS automatically protects the pack and alerts you. It also helps us diagnose issues remotely if needed.
What happens to my old engine and fuel tank?
If you want, we remove the petrol engine, fuel tank, and exhaust system as part of the conversion. You can keep them for resale or storage. Some riders prefer a hybrid setup that retains the engine as a backup, and we can configure that too.
