Available from 90V to 1000V DC and 5kWh to 120kWh, every unit is engineered around your inverter, motor controller or charger rather than pulled off a shelf.
High-voltage battery systems reduce current for the same power output, minimizing cable size, lowering heat generation, reducing copper losses, and improving overall inverter efficiency. This makes them the preferred choice for industrial equipment and applications requiring more than 20–30kW of continuous power.

How a custom build runs
- Share your requirement. Send the configuration from the calculator along with your inverter or controller model and daily load.
- Engineering review. We confirm series count, current rating, BMS protocol and enclosure, then issue a firm quotation and drawing.
- Order confirmation. 50% advance releases cell procurement, balance is due before dispatch.
- Build and test. Modules are welded, assembled and capacity tested in our I-9 Islamabad facility.
- Delivery and commissioning. We install, pair the pack with your inverter and hand over the test report.
Common questions
Why is there no fixed price on this product?
A 5kWh 96V pack and a 120kWh 800V pack share almost nothing beyond the chemistry. Cell count, BMS boards, contactors, cabinet size and cabling all scale with your spec, so we price from a base rate of Rs 50 per watt hour and adjust for voltage class, duty cycle and options.
Is the calculator price final?
It is a budgetary estimate accurate enough to plan against. The firm quotation follows once our engineers check your charger, inverter and mounting constraints.
Will it work with my existing inverter?
In most cases yes. We match the BMS communication protocol to your inverter brand over CAN or RS485, and we build the pack to sit inside its voltage window. Send us the model number and we will confirm before you order.
Can I expand the system later?
Yes. Packs are built in modules, so additional capacity can be added in parallel clusters as long as the original design leaves headroom. Tell us your five year target and we will size the cabinet and BMS for it now.
Do you handle high voltage safety compliance?
Every pack ships with insulated HV busbars, orange coded cabling, a manual service disconnect and a pre charge circuit. Insulation monitoring and a high voltage interlock loop are available for vehicle and machinery builds where they are expected.
